基于對(duì)CCAR33. 15 材料適航條款的分析, 以典型商用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為例, 闡述了商用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)材料性能數(shù)據(jù)管理要求, 其目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)各類材料或基于不同制造工藝形成材料的全流程數(shù)據(jù)的管理, 包括金屬材料、非金屬材料、復(fù)合材料、增材制造材料、焊接結(jié)構(gòu)等, 數(shù)據(jù)類型涵蓋材料測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)、材料譜系數(shù)據(jù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)及設(shè)計(jì)許用數(shù)據(jù), 同時(shí)分析了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、檢索、追溯性建立、計(jì)算分析等方面的管理要求。探討提出商用航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)材料數(shù)據(jù)管理要求及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)方案, 包括構(gòu)建子庫(kù)架構(gòu)以滿足不同材料及制造工藝的差異化數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)需求, 建立多模塊材料數(shù)據(jù)之間智能鏈接以實(shí)現(xiàn)全流程數(shù)據(jù)可追溯性, 集成材料數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)處理程序以實(shí)現(xiàn)材料數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)讀取、數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算分析與統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)寫入的一體化等, 為商用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的材料符合性驗(yàn)證奠定數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。

The requirements of material property data management was elaborated based on the analysis of CCAR33. 15 airworthiness requirements and on the typical case of commercial aircraft engine, aiming to realize the full-lifetime management of material data of metallic materials, non-metallic materials,composite materials, additive manufacturing materials, and weld joints, whilst the requirements on the storage, searching, traceability establishing and calculation of the material test data, material pedigree data, statistical data and design allowable data was analyzed. A database system solution on materials property data management was introduced, where differentiated sub-unit with customized data structure were established for different type of materials and manufacturing processes, smart linkages across different data modules were built to meet the lifetime traceability requirements, and data calculation programs were integrated to the database system to realize the integration of data reading, calculation and writing, to finally support the materials airworthiness verification.
