隨著綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,生物可降解的天然高分子引起了人們的興趣,殼聚糖作為一種天然高分子材料,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、抗菌性、保濕性、成膜性等。近年來,利用殼聚糖微球作為載體并將其應(yīng)用于藥物的可控釋放以及吸附等方面的研究受到了越來越多科學(xué)研究者的關(guān)注,尤其是在賦予殼聚糖響應(yīng)性、實(shí)現(xiàn)其功能化等方面。綜述了pH、溫度、磁以及多重響應(yīng)性殼聚糖微球的合成,總結(jié)了近幾年響應(yīng)性殼聚糖微球在水處理、靶向給藥、藥物緩釋、固定化酶等方面的研究及應(yīng)用,分析了響應(yīng)性殼聚糖微球的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及存在的一些不足,并展望了響應(yīng)性殼聚糖微球的未來發(fā)展方向。

With the development of green economy, biodegradable natural polymers have aroused people’s interest. As a natural polymer material, chitosan has the advantages of good biocompatibility, biodegradability, antibacterial,moisturizing, film-forming properties. In recent years, the use of chitosan microspheres as a carrier for the controlled release and adsorption of drugs has attracted more and more attention, especially in giving chitosan responsiveness and realizing its functionalization. Here, the synthesis of pH, temperature, magnetism and multiple responsive chitosan microspheres was reviewed, and the research and application of responsive chitosan microspheres in water treatment, targeted drug delivery, drug sustained release, immobilized enzymes, etc. in recent years were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of responsive chitosan microspheres were analyzed, and the future development direction of responsive chitosan microspheres was prospected.
