航空發(fā)動機(jī)上的葉片是航空發(fā)動機(jī)的“心臟”部件,葉片性能的好壞對航空發(fā)動機(jī)的性能起決定性作用。高性能空心葉片的制備對生產(chǎn)綜合性能高的陶瓷型芯提出了更高的要求。以球形氧化鋁粉末為基體材料,液態(tài)硅樹脂為粘結(jié)劑,利用干壓法制備陶瓷型芯素坯并使用管式電爐在空氣氣氛中燒結(jié)。系統(tǒng)研究了不同燒結(jié)溫度和液態(tài)硅樹脂含量對陶瓷型芯相組成、顯微組織和燒結(jié)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加液態(tài)硅樹脂對陶瓷型芯抗彎強(qiáng)度、線性收縮率、顯氣孔率和體積密度影響顯著。相同燒結(jié)溫度下,陶瓷型芯樣品線性收縮率和抗彎強(qiáng)度隨液態(tài)硅樹脂量的增大而增大,而顯氣孔率和體積密度則相應(yīng)減小。當(dāng)液態(tài)硅樹脂質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.8%時,陶瓷型芯顯氣孔率和體積密度變化最為穩(wěn)定,線性收縮率也能保證良好的尺寸精度;當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為1550 ℃時,抗彎強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值50.76 MPa。

The blades on an aero engine are the “heart” components of an aero engine. The properties of the blades plays a decisive role in the performance of the aero engine. The preparation of high-performance hollow blades puts forward higher requirements for the production of ceramic cores with high comprehensive performance.With ballshaped Al2O3 powders as the matrix and liquid silicone resin as the precursor, the Al2O3-based ceramic core biscuits were prepared by dry pressing method and sintered in air atmosphere by tube electric furnace.Effects of silicone resin content and sintering temperature on phase composition, microstructure and properties of the Al2O3-based ceramic cores were investigated. The results showed that the effect of liquid silicone resin on the bulk density, apparent porosity and bending strength is significant. As the content of liquid silicone resin increases, the length shrinkage and bending strength increase while the bulk density and apparent porosity decrease. When the content of liquid silicone resin is 0.8wt%, the change of apparent porosity and bulk density of ceramic core is the most stable, and the length shrinkage can also ensure good dimensional accuracy. At the same time, the bending strength reaches the maximum value of 50.76 MPa at the sintering temperature of 1550 ℃.
