聚晶金剛石(PCD)超硬刀具因具備優(yōu)異的力學(xué)、光學(xué)、電學(xué)、熱學(xué)、聲學(xué)和生物學(xué)等特性,在超硬刀具領(lǐng)域占據(jù)尤為重要的地位。以專利數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),揭示全球PCD超硬刀具的發(fā)展態(tài)勢;诘聹靥貙@麛(shù)據(jù)庫,利用ITGInsight文獻(xiàn)分析工具,依次對全球范圍內(nèi)的PCD超硬刀具相關(guān)專利進(jìn)行了總體態(tài)勢分析、區(qū)域布局分析、主要專利權(quán)人實(shí)力分析、研究熱點(diǎn)分析以及核心專利識別。重點(diǎn)對PCD超硬刀具領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,包括技術(shù)主題分布、技術(shù)主題演化及基于技術(shù)主題的專利權(quán)人聚類分析。最后,以受到多地域保護(hù)或涉及到專利訴訟的專利作為依據(jù),篩選出主要的核心專利并對其進(jìn)行解讀。研究表明,PCD超硬刀具相關(guān)技術(shù)已走向成熟,雖然中國的專利受理量最多,但美國史密斯國際有限公司、美國貝克休斯公司、美國合成公司以及盧森堡元素六集團(tuán)等國外企業(yè)的巨頭地位仍未被動搖,而這些巨頭關(guān)注的技術(shù)方向也有所不同。

Because of the excellent mechanical, optical, electrical, thermal, acoustic and biological properties, polycrystalline diamond (PCD) materials play an important role in the field of superhard cutting tools. Based on the Derwent Innovation Index database, the general development situation, regional distribution, comprehensive strength of patentees, research hotspot and core patent of PCD superhard cutting tools worldwide were analyzed by using ITGInsight, a literature analysis tool. The research hotspots of PCD superhard cutting tools were emphatically analyzed, including descriptors distribution, descriptors evolution and patentees cluster based on descriptors. Finally, according to the patents which were protected in multiple regions or involved in litigations, the core patents were filtered and analyzed. The results show that the technologies related to PCD superhard cutting tools have been mature. Although China has received the most patent applications, foreign enterprises, such as US SMITH INT INC, US BAKER HUGHES, US SYNTHETIC and Luxembourg ELEMENT SIX, are still as the leading enterprises worldwide. And, the concerned technologies of these giants are quite different.
