690 MPa級(jí)以上高強(qiáng)鋼的發(fā)展和工程應(yīng)用受限于缺乏與其強(qiáng)韌性相匹配的焊接材料,其根本原因是以針狀鐵素體為主的690 MPa級(jí)以下高強(qiáng)鋼熔敷金屬的強(qiáng)韌化理論已經(jīng)不能指導(dǎo)新一代高強(qiáng)鋼焊接熔敷金屬的設(shè)計(jì)。因此,解決該問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵是尋求最佳的熔敷金屬微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)。綜述了690 MPa級(jí)以上高強(qiáng)鋼焊接熔敷金屬中出現(xiàn)的聯(lián)合貝氏體和其它各類微觀組織對(duì)其強(qiáng)韌性的影響。其中,由不同形貌貝氏體相和針狀鐵素體相組成的復(fù)相分割結(jié)構(gòu)可使焊接熔敷金屬實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的強(qiáng)韌性匹配;然而,聯(lián)合貝氏體作為下貝氏體的一種,其大尺寸的特點(diǎn)會(huì)顯著降低高強(qiáng)鋼焊接熔敷金屬的強(qiáng)韌性;此外,可以通過(guò)物理冶金改善高強(qiáng)鋼焊接熔敷金屬的性能。

The development and application of high-strength steel whose tensile strength is above 690 MPa are limited to lacking of welded materials with matching strength-toughness. The welded deposited metal to high-strength steel whose tensile strength is below 690 MPa, mainly consists of acicular ferrite. The theory of strengthening-toughening for it is not suitable for welded deposited metal of new generation high-strength steel. Therefore, the key to solve the problem is to obtain the ideal microstructure of welded deposited metal. The effect of coalesced bainite and other various microstructures on strength-toughness of welded deposited metal to highstrength steel whose tensile strength is above 690 MPa, was reviewed. It is found that the interlace multiphase microstructure composed by different bainites and acicular ferrite can make welded deposited metal achieve good strength-toughness matching. However, due to its large grain size, coalesced bainite, as a kind of lower bainite, can significantly decrease the strength-toughness of welded deposited metal to high-strength steel. Moreover, the properties of welded deposited metal to highstrength steel can be improved by physical metallurgy.
