超高溫陶瓷(UHTCs)因在高超聲速飛行器熱防護(hù)領(lǐng)域的巨大應(yīng)用前景而備受關(guān)注,而脆性大、燒結(jié)成型困難是制約UHTCs廣泛應(yīng)用的實(shí)質(zhì)問題。將碳纖維與UHTCs復(fù)合獲得碳纖維增強(qiáng)超高溫陶瓷基復(fù)合材料(Cf/UHTCs)是克服這一問題的可靠方案。近10年來,我國在Cf/UHTCs工程應(yīng)用方面獲得了重大突破,取得了一系列具有世界先進(jìn)水平的應(yīng)用成果。然而,由于Cf/UHTCs制備過程復(fù)雜,服役環(huán)境苛刻(>2000 ℃,>5 Ma氣流沖刷),在結(jié)構(gòu)演化、性能機(jī)理等方面仍存在一些關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題亟需明確。綜述了Cf/UHTCs在基體改性、氧化燒蝕機(jī)理、高溫力學(xué)行為等方面的研究進(jìn)展,并結(jié)合本團(tuán)隊(duì)的研究工作對(duì)Cf/UHTCs的研究趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望,旨在為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)Cf/UHTCs的研究和發(fā)展提供參考。

Ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs) have received great attention due to their application potentials in the thermal protection system of hypersonic vehicles. The major problems that restrict the wide application of UHTCs are high brittleness and difficulty to be sintered. Introduction of carbon fiber into UHTCs to obtain fiber reinforced UHTCs (Cf/UHTCs) is an effective solution to these problems. In the past 10 years, our country has made major breakthroughs in the engineering application of Cf/UHTCs and obtained a series of worldclass achievements. However, because of the complicated preparation process and harsh service environment (>2000 ℃, >5 Ma airflow scouring), Cf/UHTCs still exist several critical scientific issues need to be clarified, especially in terms of structural evolution and performance mechanisms. reviews The research progress on matrix modification, oxidation-ablation mechanism and high-temperature mechanical properties of Cf/UHTCs was reviewed. Also, the future research trends of Cf/UHTCs based on the recent research results of our group were summarized and prospected. This paper provides a reference for further research and development of Cf/UHTCs.
