A100、G50、G53、G54是4種常用的具有高強(qiáng)度、高韌性、良好抗沖擊性等優(yōu)異力學(xué)性能的高強(qiáng)鋼,在工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。對(duì)這4種高強(qiáng)鋼分別進(jìn)行了沖擊韌性試驗(yàn)和平面應(yīng)變斷裂韌性試驗(yàn),對(duì)其沖擊功、平面斷裂韌度和斷口形貌進(jìn)行了研究分析和比較。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),4種高強(qiáng)鋼承受沖擊功和平面斷裂韌度大小的順序均為:A100>G50>G54>G53,表明A100高強(qiáng)鋼具有優(yōu)異的抗沖擊性能和平面斷裂韌性,而G53和G54雖然具有較高的靜力學(xué)強(qiáng)度,但其沖擊韌性和平面斷裂韌性相對(duì)較低。研究結(jié)果為新型高強(qiáng)鋼的設(shè)計(jì)、抗沖擊結(jié)構(gòu)的選材和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了數(shù)據(jù)參考。

A100, G50, G53, G54 are four kinds of highstrength steel with high strength, high toughness, good impact resistance and other excellent mechanical properties, which have been widely used in the field of industrial manufacturing. In this paper, the impact toughness and plane strain fracture toughness of four kinds of highstrength steels (A100, G50, G53, G54) were tested, impact energy, fracture toughness and fracture image were also obtained and compared. Results showed that the order of both impact energy and fracture toughness was A100>G50>G54>G53, which indicated that A100 highstrength steel has excellent impact resistance and plane fracture toughness, while G53 and G54 have relatively low impact toughness and plane fracture toughness despite their high static strength. The result could provide a reference for designing and optiming antiimpact structures.
