硅樹脂是一種主鏈為SiOSi,具有高度交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的熱固性聚硅氧烷聚合物,其獨(dú)特的分子鏈結(jié)構(gòu)使得硅樹脂不僅是一種耐高低溫、耐老化和耐氧化的材料,同時(shí)也是一種無鹵環(huán)保阻燃材料。硅樹脂作為阻燃材料不僅可以提高高分子材料的熱穩(wěn)定性能和阻燃性能,還不會(huì)影響高分子材料的可加工性和機(jī)械性能。硅樹脂在燃燒過程中不會(huì)產(chǎn)生鹵化氫等有毒氣體,因此作為一種高效無鹵環(huán)保阻燃材料已日益得到科研人員的關(guān)注。闡述了近年來硅樹脂阻燃劑國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展概況,著重介紹了硅樹脂作為阻燃添加劑和阻燃涂層對(duì)高分子材料阻燃性能的影響規(guī)律及其阻燃機(jī)理

Due to the main chain of SiOSi and the connection of special structure of organic groups on the silicon atoms, silicone resin is not only a kind of materials with high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance and oxidation resistance, but also a kind of halogenfree and environmental friendly flame retardant materials. Silicon resin as a flame retardant material not only can improve the thermal stability and flame retardant performance of polymer materials, but also does not affect the processing and mechanical properties of polymer materials. Silicon resin does not produce toxic gas such as hydrogen halide during the combustion process. Therefore, as an efficient halogenfree and environmental friendly flame retardant material, silicon resin has increasingly attracted the attention of researchers. This article reported the development of silicone resin flame retardants in recent years at home and abroad, and emphatically introduced the influence of silicone resin as flame retardant additives and flame retardant coatings on flame resistance performance and flame retardant mechanism of polymer materials.
