在所有工程用金屬結(jié)構(gòu)材料中,鎂合金的密度最低,具有較高的比強(qiáng)度和比剛度。然而,鎂合金在一定的塑性變形條件下會(huì)出現(xiàn)明顯的“塑性不穩(wěn)定”現(xiàn)象,也被稱作鋸齒屈服(流變)現(xiàn)象或Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)效應(yīng),主要表現(xiàn)為應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線上的鋸齒狀波動(dòng)。近年來(lái),關(guān)于鎂合金PLC效應(yīng)的研究報(bào)道逐年增加。本文將重點(diǎn)介紹鎂合金中存在塑性不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)展,敘述并歸納鎂合金PLC效應(yīng)發(fā)生的條件、鋸齒屈服的特征、合金元素對(duì)鋸齒屈服現(xiàn)象的影響及對(duì)應(yīng)的理論機(jī)制等。最后,指出目前研究中尚存在的問(wèn)題,提出將來(lái)的研究重點(diǎn)和發(fā)展方向。

Among all the structural metallic materials, magnesium alloys have the lowest density, higher specific strength and modulus. However, under plastic deformation conditions, magnesium alloys can exhibit the phenomenon of plastic instability, serrated flow or Portevin-Le Chatelier (PLC) effect, i.e. showing serrated waves on the stress-strain curves. Recently, research works about the PLC effects of magnesium alloys are widely carried out and increases annually. This paper is mainly concentrated on the research progress on PLC effect of magnesium alloys. The occurring conditions, characteristics of serration, effect of alloying elements on the PLC effect and relevant mechanisms are reviewed. Finally, the existing problems in current studies, research emphasis and direction in the future are also pointed out.
