本文綜述了作者等從1988年至今,在“七五”至“九五”國(guó)家“863”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金4項(xiàng)面上,一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)和一項(xiàng)重大項(xiàng)目(子課題)以及“九五”和“十五”重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目支持下取得的最主要的科研成果,重點(diǎn)介紹了NiAl合金研究中的幾個(gè)重要發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)NiAl及NiAl合金超塑性的發(fā)現(xiàn)及其機(jī)理研究;(2)納米晶NiAl合金的強(qiáng)韌化及其良好高溫穩(wěn)定性的發(fā)現(xiàn);(3)內(nèi)生顆粒NiAl基復(fù)合材料的強(qiáng)韌化及界面非晶層的發(fā)現(xiàn);(4)NiAl合金自潤(rùn)滑耐磨行為的發(fā)現(xiàn)及其機(jī)理研究;(5)NiAl共晶中Hf的沉淀強(qiáng)化作用的發(fā)現(xiàn)及其JJ3合金的研制.

This review summarizes the main research results of the studies on NiAl alloys supported by state 863 projects from “7th Five-Year” to “9th Five-Year”, four general projects of the national natural science funds, one key program, one subproject of a major project, and key projects of national defense and military industry during “9th Five-Year” and “10th Five-year’ since 1988, emphatically introducing the five main findings: (1) the superplasticity and its mechanisms of the NiAl alloys, (2) mechanisms of strengthening and toughening of nanocrystalline NiAl and its excellent high temperature stability, (3) strengthening and toughening of in-situ particle-reinforced NiAl composites and amorphous layer at interface, (4) self-lubrication wear-resistant behavior of NiAl alloys and its mechanism, and (5) the effect of precipitate-strengthening of element Hf in NiAl eutectic alloy and develop of JJ3 alloy.
