總結(jié)歸納了國(guó)際PAN基碳纖維發(fā)展歷史,對(duì)我國(guó)四十余年碳纖維發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了分析解讀。研究表明, 隨著20世紀(jì)末以二〖JP〗甲基亞砜為溶劑的丙烯腈間歇溶液聚合、濕法紡絲制備碳纖維原絲關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的突破,確立了高性能PAN碳纖維國(guó)產(chǎn)化發(fā)展正確的技術(shù)方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能碳纖維制備技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),奠定了十余年來(lái)碳纖維國(guó)產(chǎn)化高速發(fā)展的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),支撐了碳纖維高性能化系列產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)的持續(xù)研發(fā),由此形成了以二甲基亞砜原絲技術(shù)為主體、硫氰酸鈉和二甲基乙酰胺等技術(shù)共同發(fā)展的國(guó)產(chǎn)碳纖維技術(shù)體系,建立起國(guó)產(chǎn)碳纖維產(chǎn)學(xué)研相結(jié)合的發(fā)展格局。詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)產(chǎn)碳纖維〖JP+1〗技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了國(guó)產(chǎn)化技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PAN碳纖維技術(shù)研發(fā)與產(chǎn)品體系建設(shè)發(fā)展提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。

This article summarized worldwide history of PAN based carbon fiber development, analyzed and discussed developing process of the carbon fiber in the past four decades in China. With the breaking key technologies in AN/DMSO solution polymerization and in wet spinning of carbon fiber precursor preparation, development strategies of high performance carbon fiber in China has been determined. The transformation and updating of the high performance carbon fiber production in China has been achieved due to the breakthrough of PAN based carbon fiber technology using organic solvents system. The progress has not only provided powerful technology platforms for rapid development of the carbon fiber in the last decades, but also supported sustainable development of the high performance carbon fiber products and technologies. Based on above development, a technology system in which DMSO system is taken as technology majority has been established. This article also described the localization of carbon fiber products and related technologies as well as current status were introduced in detail, challenges and obstacles that are still standing on the way of carbon fiber localization were also analyzed, with suggestions were proposed.
