擠壓鑄造技術(shù)是一種結(jié)合了鑄造和塑性加工特點(diǎn)的短流程、高效、精確成形技術(shù),廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、汽車、家電、航空、航天、國(guó)防等領(lǐng)域生產(chǎn)高性能和高精度的零件。首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了金屬材料擠壓鑄造成形技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)和歷史。重點(diǎn)分析了液態(tài)金屬壓力下結(jié)晶的物理冶金行為和力學(xué)過程,此外,還總結(jié)了擠壓鑄造技術(shù)涉及的材料體系、擠壓鑄造過程的工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化、擠壓鑄造過程的零件成形、擠壓鑄造過程的數(shù)值模擬、擠壓鑄造成形裝備研究方面的研究進(jìn)展。最后展望了金屬材料擠壓鑄造成形技術(shù)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。

It is applied to produce high performance and high precision parts which are widely used in machinery,automobile,household,aviation,aerospace and defense.
