由于航空、航天用零部件對材料比強(qiáng)度有很高的要求,因此鈦合金作為一種高比強(qiáng)合金在航空、航天領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用越來越多,而且這類零部件常采用薄壁復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)。若采用水冷坩堝方式熔煉鈦合金,會導(dǎo)致鈦合金熔體流動性差,因此,離心鑄造方法已成為鈦合金薄壁復(fù)雜鑄件精密成形的主要方法。介紹了離心場下鈦合金鑄件精密鑄造成形理論及技術(shù)的發(fā)展過程,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了離心場下鈦合金熔體的充型、凝固行為及鑄件缺陷形成規(guī)律,提出了立式離心鑄造技術(shù)改進(jìn)方案,并對未來離心場下成型理論與技術(shù)的發(fā)展提出了展望。
